It is located in Las Puntas (La Frontera – El Hierro), 50 metres from the sea, on the seafront, overlooking the entire sea of Frontera, from Arenas Blancas or Los Roques de El Salmor.
The design of the Villa is by César Manrique; all the residential features of the brilliant Lanzarote artist can be seen. Directly opposite is the famous Cascadas del Mar swimming pools, as well as the natural sea pool called El Río.
With a surface area of 800 square metres, two totally different but integrated areas can be distinguished.
The interior has 4 bedrooms, one of them with a 2x2m bed; facing the sea, as the whole Villa. Spacious living room – fireplace, TV lounge. Kitchen – dining room very spacious. Spectacular bathroom with garden in the bathtub, showering looking at the constant sea and its waves.
